Our Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy is 30 days. Unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days from date of purchase. We ask that you contact our customer service at support@asaaba.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn with original tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require original order number as proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or no refund is issued.
-Any item not in its original condition, damaged, worn or missing original tags.
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Gift Cards

Unfortunately Gift Cards are non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days depending on your credit card company or bank.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 5-10 business days, we ask that you contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is posted.

Sala Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately all sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us at support@asaaba.com. Mail your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return on your ASAABA account. 
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
