If, in the rare event, you have not received a shipping notification after the stated processing period, please contact us at support@asaaba.com with your order number.

Pre-Order Items

Items marked “PRE-ORDER” require an extended processing period and are dispatched at a later date than standard orders.

• The estimated dispatch date or timeframe is clearly stated in the product description.
  
• By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that your order is placed on a waiting list and will be shipped within the specified timeframe or on the stated date.
  

Shipping Notification

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

If you have not received a shipping notification within the stated processing timeframe or pre-order dispatch date, please email support@asaaba.com and include your order number for assistance.

Item Not Delivered

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for potential courier delays before contacting us.

Once an item has been shipped and a tracking notification has been sent, delivery becomes the responsibility of the courier service.

• Refunds are not issued for lost packages.
  
• If there is verified proof that a package cannot be traced or has been lost in transit, ASAABA will resend the item at no additional cost.
  

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
