Our Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping & Returns Policy

At ASAABA, each garment is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans and produced in limited quantities. Because of the nature of our made-to-order and small-batch production, we encourage all customers to carefully review their order details before completing a purchase.

Order Finality & Production

All ASAABA orders are considered final once production has begun.
Each piece is made to order and crafted specifically based on the style, size, and specifications selected at the time order was placed.


  • Cancellations or changes must be requested within 5 hours of placing your order and before production begins.

  • Once an order has entered production, our team has already begun preparation, cutting, and sewing, the order can no longer be canceled or modified.

Shipping

Once your order has completed processing and production, it will be shipped and a tracking number will be emailed to you.


  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on destination.

  • Carrier: DHL Express

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.


  • ASAABA is not responsible for any additional customs charges

  • These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer

Store Credit & Refunds


  • Refunds, when approved, are issued as store credit only

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Sale and final sale items are not eligible for return or credit

Returned items must be:


  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition with all tags attached

Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, or removed tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Once approved and received, returns are processed within 5–7 business days.

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.


  • Email support@asaaba.com with clear photos or a video of the issue

  • Approved claims will receive a replacement, subject to inspection and availability

Exchanges

ASAABA only offers exchanges for items that are defective, incorrect, or damaged.


  • Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of delivery

  • Items must pass inspection upon return

  • Exchanges are for the same item only, subject to availability

Please note:


  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping must be prepaid and insured by the customer

  • ASAABA is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment

  • Made-to-measure items are not eligible for exchange or return

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:


  • The item was purchased during a sale or final sale

  • The item was made-to-measure and aligns with the measurements provided

  • The item has been worn, washed, stained, or altered
